NOC Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a 24x7 NOC team focused on infrastructure monitoring and incident response.

· Work close with Global Service Desk and perform Incident response triage with factories and sites. Oversees resolution of Infrastructure-related incidents and ensures services meet SLAs and performance expectations.

· Perform hands-on administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of NetApp ONTAP, Active IQ, and Pure Storage FlashArray/FlashBlade systems.

· Develop and maintain operational runbooks and SOPs for storage provisioning, backup, DR, and change management.

· Monitor storage performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

· Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to design and deploy scalable storage solutions.
