The NOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s and/or client’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This role involves real‑time incident detection, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution of network‑related issues across various platforms and technologies.
