NOC Officer

We are hiring for one of our client's in Quetta. Below, we brief the job details.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks, servers, and systems using tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, or other NOC-specific software.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network and system issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Maintain logs of incidents, service requests, and performance reports.
• Proactively monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, security protocols, and operational procedures.
• Support continuous operations by providing 24/7 monitoring through shift-based schedules.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.
