NOC Support Engineer (24/7 Operations)

Job Purpose:
To monitor, manage, and support 24/7 system, network, and application operations, ensuring maximum uptime and quick incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor servers, applications, APIs, and network systems on a 24/7 shift basis
• Proactively identify incidents, outages, and performance degradation
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues to relevant teams
• Monitor SMS, IVR, VoIP, and API traffic and report anomalies
• Maintain incident logs, downtime reports, and shift handover documentation
• Coordinate with internal IT, vendors, and external partners during incidents
• Ensure SLA adherence and system availability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Linux servers, networking, APIs, and databases
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, etc.)
