This role plays a vital part in diagnosing and resolving advanced network issues, optimizing DWDM performance, and maintaining operational excellence across our transport infrastructure.
You will work closely with engineering and operations teams, leveraging your deep expertise to enhance network health, while serving as a trusted subject matter expert for internal partners and customers.
This is a fully remote position based anywhere in Mexico.
