                    Requirements NYS licensure
DEA required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine 
NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED 
DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice/License - HIGHLY PREFERRED
License required : New York (NY)
 Compensation and Benefits:
  Competitive salary with incentives 
 Compensation is $250/hr.
