Non-Motor Claims Specialist

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate (essential)
• Regulatory Exam (RE) (highly advantageous)
• Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance (NQF 5) or Full Qualification NQF 4 (highly advantageous)
• Compliant with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements, with a track record of working independently
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with the TIAL Operating System (System A) (highly advantageous)
• Experience in non-motor claims (preferred, not essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience with a strong customer service focus
• Work experience with a licensed insurer (highly advantageous)
• Experience working with Brokers (pre-requisite)
