The Non-Motor Salvage Case Management Agent is responsible for managing the end-to-end non-motor salvage process within the claim’s environment. This includes coordinating salvage upliftment, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate salvage records, and supporting the optimisation of salvage recoveries. The role requires strong operational execution, attention to detail, and effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, assessors, and salvage vendors.
