THE ROLE Non-Public Property Accounting Manager plans, organizes, and manages the delivery of base accounting services and programs. They provide advice and interpretation on Non-Public Funds (NPF) accounting and Non-Public Property (NPP) administrative policies to managers and senior military officers. They notify and report any unusual trends/activities to senior managers for further investigation.
