Requirements

• Professional Experience (varies by role):
  • For AI Automation roles: 3+ years of hands‑on experience in AI automation and workflow design
  • For Soft Skills/Management roles: 3+ years in digital‑focused roles such as EdTech, L&D, Instructional Design, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Product Management
  • For Business Transformation roles: 5+ years in strategy, organizational development, change management, HR, or consulting
