Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance your skills
