About the role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Non Voice - Dayshift to join our growing team at CPI Management Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, excluding voice calls. This is a full-time position based in our Cainta Rizal office.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures
