About the role

E-World Staffing Services is looking for talented Non-Voice Chat Support agents to join our dynamic team. As a Chat Support agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries efficiently. This is a full-time position based in Manggahan Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Provide prompt and friendly customer service via online chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
