This is a full-time role based in Alfonso Cavite, offering the opportunity to work virtually and contribute to the success of our fast-paced customer service operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Review and moderate online content to ensure it aligns with company policies and guidelines
2. Identify and flag inappropriate or potentially harmful content for further review
3. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to improve content quality
4. Assist in the development and refinement of content moderation processes
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of your work
