We are hiring a Non-Voice Customer Support Representative to manage customer concerns via chat and email platforms. This role is ideal for candidates who prefer back-office or non-calling tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through chat and email only (no calls)
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure issue resolution

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • With or without BPO experience (training provided)
