About the Role

Accel International Manpower Corporation is hiring Non-Voice Support (Chat & Email) staff for our Cainta, Rizal site. This is a full-time job where you will help customers by replying to messages through chat and email only with minimal call.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer questions using chat and email
• Help customers with simple concerns and requests
• Ask for help from your team when needed
• Learn new skills through training and daily work

Who Can Apply

• Open to beginners, fresh graduates, and career shifters
• Basic English typing and reading skills
• Basic computer knowledge (email, chat, typing)
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude
• Can work well with a team
