About the role

This is a full-time customer service role at AGVILL RESOURCES INC' based in Taytay Rizal. You will be responsible for providing excellent non-voice customer service support to our clients. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and develop your customer service skills.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
