About the role

This is a full-time, customer service role based in Ugong Pasig City Metro Manila. As a NON VOICE | BRIGDETOWNE customer service representative at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC', you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through non-voice communication channels.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through email, live chat, and other non-voice communication channels
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their needs efficiently and effectively
3. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for
