• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer service and chat support.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
