Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels as required.
• Assist customers in modifying or canceling reservations in accordance with hotel policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to reservations, such as overbookings, incorrect charges, or changes in booking conditions.
• Promote special deals, packages, and room upgrades to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
