Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with understanding their bills, charges, and payment options.
• Process payments, refunds, and adjustments in accordance with company policies.
• Assist customers in setting up payment plans or arrangements when necessary.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on billing and account management activities as required.
