Job Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the booking process, including selecting seats, adding extra services, and confirming payment.
• Confirm booking details with customers and provide e-tickets or booking confirmations.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers in obtaining necessary travel documents and fulfilling pre-travel requirements.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional services, such as travel insurance, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and tour packages.
