Noodle Chef

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Chinese noodle dishes (e.g., hand-pulled, stir-fried, soup-based noodles)
• Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
• Prepare fresh ingredients and sauces daily
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation
• Monitor inventory and assist in stock control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
• Work closely with kitchen team during peak hours

Qualifications:

• With experience in Chinese cuisine (required)
• Knowledge in traditional Chinese cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Team player with positive work attitude
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
