Noodle Cook

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure the Noodle station is set up and properly stocked.
• Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies.
• Cook food items by boiling, steaming, simmering, pressure cooking, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Perform inventory; check and complete food storage logs.
• Anticipate orders during peak service times to assure timely preparation and service while minimizing over production and waste.
• Properly present all food items and provide maximum appeal, quality, temperature, and freshness.
• Maintain food safety sanitation and equipment cleaning schedule
• Assure proper portioning, plating, temperature, garnishing, and presentation of food items.
