Job Description
Drive strategic HR initiatives with Nortera as a Human Resources Business Partner for a 4-month contract in Bedford, Estrie. Play a key role in aligning HR with business goals for effective workforce management.
You will work closely with site managers to execute HR programs and provide consulting on policies, labor relations, and employee engagement. Your proactive approach will help identify and resolve issues, promoting a culture of shared success within the organization while adhering to regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: • Implement HR strategies and initiatives effectively • Provide coaching on employee relations and policies • Identify and resolve workplace disputes proactively • Ensure compliance with HR policies and standards • Work in partnership with unions and management
