Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order entry to shipment reconciliation. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to resolve order flow issues promptly.
Work closely with Lenovo factories and global teams to ensure part number (PN) availability and maintain stable EDI connectivity for efficient operations.
Collaborate with 3PO (Third-Party Option) vendors and software Lenovo extended teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Perform advanced data analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance serviceability and drive operational excellence.
Participate in strategic projects focused on automation, AI-driven analytics, and digital tools to streamline fulfillment processes and improve efficiency.
