Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for the entire cluster.

Manage internal and external audits and ensure full SOX compliance.

Standardize financial processes, enhance reporting, and improve KPIs.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with a business-driven mindset.

Deliver executive-level financial insights and performance visibility.

Lead and develop local accounting teams across multiple sites.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred).

Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, controllership, or audit — ideally in manufacturing or multi-site companies.

Strong command of IFRS, internal controls, and corporate reporting.
