North East Africa Controller

**Job Description Summary**
The North East Africa Controller is accountable for end-to-end operational controllership across the Northeast Africa region—owning monthly financial close, P&L and balance sheet integrity, pacing/forecasting, and risk & opportunity management. The role partners closely with Operations and Sales and prepares insight-rich reviews for regional leadership (CFO/GM). Core elements include P&L measurement, variance analysis vs. estimates, leadership review preparation, and balance-sheet governance mechanisms.
