North Major Accounts Support Specialist

Working in a flexible workstyle in Edmonton, you will be working remote and as well, attending in-person meetings. The Major Accounts team serves Alberta Blue Cross 1000 + employer group customers. Under the direction of the Manager, Major Accounts North, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the needs and expectations of our valued group customers are met and exceeded on a continual basis.

Requirements WHAT YOU WILL DO: Build, strengthen and sustain relationships with large group customers and their advisors Present and negotiate renewals ensuring a balance between financial viability and the needs and expectations of our valued customers. Follow up and ensure proper documentation and implementation of renewal action. Assemble an annual review of plan design changes, plan member activity and financial information on a three (3) year basis to be presented with the renewal.
