Job Description
Be a primary care provider in Fort St. James as a Full-Time Family Practitioner. Serve a patient population of around 5,000, addressing community health with a focus on chronic disease and maternal care.
This role emphasizes collaboration within a shared care model across the Tsilhqot’in Nation and other communities. You will manage walk-in clinic services, administer immunizations, and deliver mental health support while providing health education and pre- and post-natal care. This position also includes virtual care services for versatile patient support.
