                     Setting: CTS clinic 
 Dates: Aug 31 March 31 
 Scope: seeing cardiothoracic surgery pre and post op patients 
 Schedule: 5/8s 
 Daily volume: 10-15 patients per day 
 EMR: Cerner 
 Experience: 3+ ys of experience with pulmonary or cardiothoracic surgery 
 Lic & Cert: active CA Lic, ACNP certified, DEA, BLS, ACLS
