**Job Description:**

*Highland Hospital is seeking a Per Diem APP to join its growing ICU team. Candidates for this role will support Highland Hospital's ICU by picking up Day or Night shifts as needed and available. Shifts are typically 7a - 7p or 7p - 7a in the ICU.

Some duties include but are not limited to:
Medical coverage in the ICU, evaluation & management of intensive care unit patients covered by the critical care team. The ICU PA/NP (provider) reports to the ICU Medical Director for clinical and administrative issues pertaining to the ICU. For broader administrative issues the Chief of Medicine should be consulted. The attending critical care physician on service is available for consultation regarding specific patient related problems.
