NPD Assistant

About the role -

• Well known food manufacturer based in the south eastern suburbs.
• Casual ongoing contract
• Flexibility to work any day of the week 
• Monday to Friday
• Start asap 

About your duties -

• Weighing and mixing ingredients
• Performing cooking trials
• Maintaining raw material supplies
• Basic QC tests, including titrations, salt and acid testing
• Packing up and dispatching samples
• Laboratory housekeeping
• Calibration of instruments
• Filing and paperwork

About you -

• Tertiary education in food science or similar background
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSANZ
• You will be a quality-focused, enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail
• Have good communication skills and have the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
