Job Description

We are looking for a New Product Development (NPD) Supervisor to support the immediate superior/manager in implementing activities related to new product development and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic injection processes and experience leading NPD projects. 
QUALIFICATIONS 
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) 
With proven supervisory experience in New Product Development 
Strong background in plastic injection molding and related manufacturing processes 
Proficient in AutoCAD, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving methodology 
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills 
Must be physically fit
