NPI Buyer/ SAP buyer - project-based purchasing

Responsibilities:

• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and project builds
• Handle RFQ, quotation analysis, and supplier selection
• Create and manage Purchase Requisition/PO in SAP, ensure data accuracy (price, lead time, MOQ)
• Expedite deliveries and manage supplier OTD performance
• Work closely with Engineering, Planning, and Quality teams
• Support engineering changes (ECO) and new parts setup
• Resolve supply issues, invoice discrepancies, and supplier escalations

Requirements:

• Experience in NPI / project-based purchasing
• Hands-on experience in SAP / ERP systems
• Experience in RFQ, supplier coordination, and expediting
• Background in manufacturing / electronics / semiconductor / precision engineering
• Exposure to mechanical or electronic components...
