NPI Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To coordinate and lead pre-NPI meeting, PFMEA meeting, DFM review & post pilot run meetings. Actively communicate with inter-departmental personnel and customers.
2. To ensure NPI build timeline meeting customer delivery timeline expectations. To generate product master schedule and drive for achieving the delivery expectation.
3. To be responsible for ensuring readiness of PFMEA, work instructions, quality plan, process flow.
4. To manage and coordinate NPI build physically to ensure all observation, process, quality, and abnormality are recorded and to be discussed with the team and put into corrective action.
5. Preparation of Pilot run report / Preproduction run report and review upon completion of the NPI. And to review root cause analysis, corrective action and drive for closure of corrective action and preventive action.
6. To keep and maintain customer's product file, drawings, sample according to the SOP.
