JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the new product / process pre-production and transfer to the mass production phase.
• Ensure closure of outstanding production issues after new product transfer is completed.
• Support quality improvement plan related to process and product design changes.
• Lead LPR, EPR trial run during new product transfer.
• Coordinate and communicate with RD and factory about new product technology, knowhow, product specification and related information.
• Train factory personnel on new product production conditions and knowledge.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that the contact lenses meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in contact lens manufacturing to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
