Npi Engineer (Ciudad Apodaca)

Reporting to the Stick Development Manager, the NPI Engineer provides product, process and quality support to the Stick Business Unit for the full lifecycle of products.

• Represent the on-site eyes for everything involving R&D, working closely with manufacturers to drive process improvements, quality improvements, and cost efficiencies recommendations.
• Collaborate with selected internal and external manufacturers to gain greater insights, evolve and improve our processes.
• Support in developing new manufacturing methods that drive greater efficiency and higher quality.
• Support in introducing, troubleshooting, and delivering industry leading technologies.
• Work closely with internal and external manufacturers to facilitate new product development.
