NPI Engineer: Compressors & VSDs Innovation Lead

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking an NPI Engineer on a temporary contract in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. The role involves maintaining updated information for Compressor & VSD panels, leading NPI implementations, and providing technical support to production teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of five years’ experience in the HVAC or manufacturing industry, and effective interpersonal skills.
