Job Description

Introduction:
The NPI Engineer is responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, developing production processes, and ensuring smooth project transitions from HQ to the Thailand facility. This role combines technical process development with shop-floor management, quality improvement, and skills training for the local Thai workforce to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Responsibilities:
1. New Product Introduction (NPI) & Process Development
Lead the local implementation of new projects transferred from HQ, including site layout, process route updates, and production standards.
Develop and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and translate technical documents into Thai.
Manage the project ramp-up phase (PDCA) to ensure production hits targets on schedule.
Optimize process routes in collaboration with the Product Manager.
