NPI Engineer

Responsible for ensuring that correct systems, procedures and processes are being implemented in the line during debug/qualification of a new product/model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensures that standard processes are being followed in accordance to customer requirements or specifications.
• Prepares technical report on items that are found to be non-compliant and thereby affecting the assembly process.
• Prepares diagram/flowcharts/process controls for the use of the production during debug of new product/model.
• Conduct quality planning/meeting for new product/model debug preparation or whenever there is process issues concerning quality encountered during debug
• . Responsible for the NPI test engineering support of new accounts.
