**Education: Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics or related.Experience: Essential in medical products, professional knowledge of + 3 years in manufacturing processes, Contract Manufacturing experience is highly desirableForeign Language: English 90%General Duties and Responsibilities:**Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project/validation****Work closely with customer and respective internal teams to ensure the project are in schedule and on track****Creation, updates, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)****Characterize and optimize processes to meet the final product quality, yield, and reliability****To lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the business requirements****Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
