**Perfil**:
- +5 year ́s experience in the manufacturing environment as a NPI lead or NPI manager, Experience on sheet metal process preferred.
- +5year ́s experience leading major transitions of projects and NPI programs.
- Bachelor Industrial / Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent budget administration.
- Strong experience in project management (Develop, transicion, transferring into mass production environment)
