About the RoleAs a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Control and PLC systems, you will provide technical support across all plant departments, analyzing, evaluating, and proposing engineering changes to resolve product and manufacturing issues.You will manage pilot builds, validate assembly processes, report BOM issues, and implement reliable procedures.You'll oversee automation upgrades, PLC programming, and controls troubleshooting, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical support to all plant departments by addressing and resolving issues related to manufacturing processes.Review and carry out Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), ensuring accurate documentation and proper procedure follow‐through.Lead and coordinate pilot assembly trials for new products and engineering changes.Verify accuracy and reliability of Bills of Materials (BOMs).
