**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Experience in NPI program or project management.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering or other relevant field.
+ Experience in multiple aspects of hardware operations.
+ Knowledge of typical hardware BOMs, process documentation and assembly and test processes.
