NPI Project Manager

Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NPI Project Engineer to lead the end-to-end execution of small to medium, cross-functional product development projects—from early concept through design, prototyping, and production ramp. This role has a strong focus on mechanical and electrical hardware products and plays a critical role in driving successful New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering change initiatives.

Reporting into the Engineering Management team, the NPI Project Engineer will partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth transitions from design to production while minimizing risk, cost, and schedule impact. Roles & Responsibilities:
