Npi Senior Quality Engineer

**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_**
Responsible for providing support to Reynosa plant with in-process and customer quality issues.
Perform regular visits to the customers and maintain communication to address any concerns.
Support Reynosa plant with implement irreversible corrective actions requested by customers
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _**
Implements appropriate quality procedures for the areas of: Inspection Process, Final Audit
Participates in the initial manufacturing process to establish effective means of inspection and control.
Participates in the continuous improvement process for existing and future processes.
Develops, submits PPAPs:
- Leads PPAP, assists and provides quality support to APQP to complete PPAP package to customers
- Elaboration of Control Plans and support on PFMEAs,
- Implementation of SCP Charts.
- Creation, implementation and control of correcting actions,
- Develop MSA Studies for equipment listed on Control Plans...
