Our Team
NPI Support Engineer plays a strategic role within Operation Strategy department, responsible for integrating manufacturing perspectives into the early stages of product development. This position ensures optimal cost structure, rapid time-to-market (TTM), and time-to-volume (TTV) by aligning footprint strategy, capacity planning, and design for manufacturability. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams including PM, ME, and Capacity Strategy to deliver superior returns for end-to-end supply chains across divisions.
What You Will Do
・Propose manufacturing location (MP) aligned with footprint strategy and cost analysis.
・Promote and actively participate in CAPEX challenge sessions for NPI projects to validate investment decisions.
