DESCRIPTION:

• Start 8/5, Clinic hours 7am-7pm, 7 days/week
• Average is 30-35 patients per day
• Basic lab work in clinic, X rays sent out
• Open to Part-time perm

REQUIRED:

• Active OR license (will wait for licensure for right candidate)
• Board Certified
• Certifications- BLS and ACLS
