NS-Senior Systems Engineer (Tactical Network / SATCOM / RF)

Clearance: Clearance Level: U.S. Citizen with Secret clearance

The Senior Systems Engineer provides end-to-end systems engineering support for complex DoW tactical communications systems, with emphasis on integrated network, RF, and SATCOM architectures. This role leads requirements development, system integration, and technical oversight across the system lifecycle to ensure operational effectiveness, interoperability, and mission readiness:

Key Responsibilities


+ Lead systems engineering activities across the lifecycle (requirements, design, integration, test, fielding, sustainment)

+ Translate Operational Needs Statements (ONS), Capability Production Documents (CPD), and stakeholder requirements into technical solutions

+ Develop and maintain system architectures aligned to Army tactical network baselines (e.g., WIN-T, T2C2, NGC2 evolution)
